The balanced route from 1 to 225 takes 9 steps and costs about 14 gold at current prices. Start with Enchant Bracer - Inferior Stamina, switch to Enchant Cloak - Minor Protection by 100 and Enchant Bracer - Strength by 200, and finish with Enchant Chest - Greater Intellect. Learn Journeyman Enchanting by 75 and Expert Enchanting by 150, or the skill stops rising.
