WANTED: Scoutmaster Vargas

Description

An Alliance scouting party has been seen on a small island northeast of Rog'mar. They are led by a scoutmaster who has made tracking enemy movements increasingly difficult. The bastard even named his filthy pet after me as an open mockery. He knows I'm hunting him.

This human has eyes everywhere, and they need to be put out. I already claimed one before he managed to flee. Bring me his other as proof that the scoutmaster is no more. Show him he is not as untouchable as he thinks.
