Description
‹name›, it is clear your skill with magic is growing and I believe it is time for you to partake in one of the High Order's oldest traditions for young and aspiring mages. It is time for you to craft a spell focus of your own.
Seek out Belann Windwood in Valanaar. He has been crafting staves and wands for the High Order for over a century, so you will be in good hands.
