Stolen Freewind Supplies

Description

Those wretched harpies! They attacked the last caravan I had scheduled to deliver supplies to Freewind Post. We have enough supplies for the moment, but without more supplies, we'll run short soon.

I'm not sure what the harpies plan to do with the extra supplies, but I would be grateful if you would recover them for me. They make their lair west of here. They can be found both at the base of the cliffside and inside a cave at the top.
